Pumpkin Carving

Mommy, Daddy and I went over to my neighbor Haley's house on Thursday and carved pumpkins. Haley and I got our pictures taken with all the pumkins, but then we had to go to bed while the adults carved. The pumpkins turned out really cool. Mommy said she hadn't carved a pupkin in about 10 years and the new tools they have now a days are a lot safer than the big dull knives she used as a kid:) Here are some pictures of the pumpkins and Haley and I.

This past weekend was another busy one!

Friday night I stayed home with a babysitter becasue Mommy and Daddy had a surprise party for MeMe and Papa. MeMe and Papa celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary last month. The party went great and MeMe and Papa were really surprised. Papa had to dress in an old tux and MeMe in an old wedding dress. Lots of the guest dressed up too. They wore old bridesmaid dresses and tuxes. Daddy looked really funny. Mommy said everyone had a great time and danced all night long!

Sat. Mommy and I went to Aunt Kristy's baby shower. It was fun, I got to see Jessica and Mommy fed me whipped cream. Mommy forgot her camera, so when she gets some pictures she will post them.

Sat. night we went to MeMe's for dinner Uncle Damon and Nick cooked an Italian feast. Of course I did not get any becasue I still have NO teeth. Can you believe it, I am almost 9 months and still no teeth!

Sunday we went to church and the bagel bin. I was really good at church this week. Then we just got groceries and hun out the rest of the day!

Last Weekend

We had a busy weekend once again. Thursday night mommy and I went to the mustang game and I hung out for a while and then fell asleep for the 2nd half. Sat. mommy and I drove to Des Moines to hang out with Grandma, Grandpa and Aunt Mila. We stayed at Judd and Mary's house and went out for dinner with Aunt Vicki, Uncle Brian and mommy's cousins Emily and Callie. Emily had a little baby boy, his name is Colin and he is only 9 weeks old. I tought he was pretty cool. We went to dinner and Colin and I slept in our chairs the whole time just like good little babies. Sunday morning mommy, aunt Mila and Auntie Amber ran in the Des Moines marathan. I hung with Grandma Gigi and Grandpa Pat. We cheered them on at mile 14 and 25. They all did great. Mommy qualified for the Boston Marathon and is hoping to get to go in April.

On Sunday afternoon we went to Great Grandma Nana and Marcel's house to visit. I played with my cousins Madison and Lexi.

Dylan Kopriva's Wedding

I was not cooperating!

We went to Dylan and Susan's wedding this weekend. It was really fun. Mommy and Daddy let me eat tator tots and mac and cheese. I am ready to eat big girl food, but the problem is I still have NO teeth! I wish they would come in so I could eat the yummy food everyone else gets to eat!

Pumpkin Patch

Mommy and Daddy took me to the pumpkin patch tonight. I loved it! I helped daddy feed the goats, looked at the bunnies and ate scalloped potatoes! YUM! Here are some pictures of me with the pumpkins! I was all dressed up like a little pumkin too!

The weekend

We had a busy weekend. Gigi and Grandpa Pat came to help Ryan and Kristy move into their new house. We went over and hung out with them on Sat. night. Gigi's birthday was on Friday, so after the football game we went out for dinner. I slept through the whole party! Sat. my new friend Bradey came to town. His mom Andee and my mom met in college. Bradey is only 2 weeks older then me. We had tons of fun playing together and I can not wait to go visit Brady's house. Here are some pictures from the weekend.

Pep-Rally

Mommy took me to the Millard North pep-rally on Weds. night. I had a lot of fun watching all the festivities.

I am getting so smart!

In the past week I have learned to clap my hands when mommy sings "if your happy and you know it" I also learned to wave to people. I am not sure if I am saying hi or bye bye, but I am really good at it. I was waving to this lady at the park the whole time I was swinging.

Mommy also took me down the slide at the park. I get really nervous right before I start to slide, but once I am at the bottom I realize it was fun!

Gigi and Grandpa Pat and Greatgrandma Rori watched me all day on Sat. I got to go to the UNO football game and then we hung out at Uncle Ryan and Aunt Kristy's house. Mommy and Daddy went to a wedding and then had a date night. They had fun, but they really missed me:)

Last Weekend

Last weekend Grandma GiGi and Grandpa Pat came to town. We went to Mila's football game and I played with Mick and Irish! I love them, they are so funny!

I am crawling!

I am really starting to crawl. I get better and better everyday! I love it! I can get into everything. I am going to my first Mustang football game tonight. It should be fun. I am excited to see all the dance team girls to show them how big I am getting. My mommy will try to post some new pictures soon.

Busy Busy Weekend

We had a super busy weekend. First we had mommy's 10 year class reunion in Fort Dodge. Grandma Gigi and Grandpa Pat watched me most of the weekend. Mommy and Daddy had lots of fun. Then we came back to Omaha and went to Uncle Dan and Aunt Julie's house. I got to see Lexi, Kayla and Nikkie there. Also, Grandpa Bud and Julie. Then on Monday we went to some friends lake house and I got to play in the water. I thought it was great until I took a nose-dive when mommy was trying to take my picture. MeMe, Papa, Aunt Jenny and Madison were all there! We were missing Uncle Damon:(

Today I was showing signs of crawling, so Mommy helped me get to my hands and knees. I still have not figured out how to move yet!

Uncle Damon came to town!

Uncle Damon came to visit this weekend. We went to MeMe and Papa's pool. He made guacomole and I loved it as you can see in the picture of me and mommy.

I am starting to get really good at sitting all by myself. When mommy found out how advanced Brady was she really started to work with me on this whole sitting thig;) I love sitting up like a big girl.

Happy 3rd Anniversary to mommy and daddy!

Mommy and Daddy celebrated their 3rd wedding anniversary last night. I stayed with Ryan, Kristy and Jessica.

Busy past week!

We have a had a very busy last couple of weeks. Mommy went on Ragbrai with Gigi and Grandpa Pat and auntie Amber. I stayed home with dad. He was ready for mom to come home after the 24 hours was up. Mom and I went to Ames for dance team camp. It was fun hanging out with all the big girls. The girls did really good too. They got 2 trophies and were the best team there! Then we were home for one day and then, off to Okoboji for a weekend with Gigi, Grandpa Pat, aunt Kristy, uncle Ryan, Jessica and aunt Mila and Jamie. We stayed with Sue and Larry. They took us out in the boat on Friday afternoon and all day on Sat. I was so good. I just hung out and slept. I played in the lake a little because it was pretty hot out. This week has been pretty calm. Daddy started taking flying lessons. He had his first session last week and then he goes again today. He is really excited and mommy is excited too, because hopefully some day daddy can take us where ever we want to go;) We went out for dinner with MeMe and Papa on Monday, I met MeMe's high school frind Mary. MeMe and Papa fed me and MeMe let me drink water out of a big girl cup. Grandma Gigi is coming today to help move aunt Mila out of our house. Mommy has to go back to school one week from today. I know she is feeling really sad. I am going to got to Jennifer's house. She lives right across the street from us. Pictures will be posted soon.

Visit to Fort Dodge

Mommy and I took a trip to Fort Dodge last week. Daddy went fishing in Canada with Papa so we thought it would be a good time to head home and see Gigi and Grandpa Pat. I also got to see some other special people including Auntie Lesli, Great Aunt Marcie, and Greatgrandpa and Grandma O'Rourke. I also saw all my Aunties and friends, Amber, Jamie, Jessica, Emma, Andee, Cambree and Samantha. It was a busy week, but really fun! Here are some pictures from the week!

4th of July

Mommy and I took a quick trip to Storm Lake to see the Pertzborn family on Thursday. I got to go on my first boat ride and hang by the lake all day! We went to MeMe and Papa's house on Friday. Lots of people showed up to hang by the pool and eat lots of yummy food. Daddy gave me some whip cream. I loved it!! Here are some pictures for you all to see.

Olympic Swim Trials

Mommy and aunt Mila took me to the Olympic swim trials on Monday. It was my first swim meet! Here is a picture of me there. I thought it was pretty fun for about an hour and then I had poopy pants so I cried right as one of the event was getting ready to start. Mom tried to hush me with the bink and blanket, but I was just too mad:( Then we had to leave for good because mom was too embarrassed to go back to our seats:)

Last weekend

We had a busy weekend. First Grandma GIGI, Grandpa Pat and Great Grandma Rori came to stay with us Thursday night. We went to Jessica's baseball game. Then uncle Ryan and Aunt Kristy got their marriage blessed Friday afternoon and we went to their house for dinner. A bad storm hit, so we had to stay at MeMe and Papa's house Friday night. We did not have any electricity. There was no damage to our house thank goodness! Here are some pictures from the weekend.
